Rub BBQ at the Rio

I checked out the menu it sounds very good. Has anyone eaten their recently?

Rub BBQ at the Rio

I ate at Rub in January. burnt ends were good but the pulled smoked chicken was melt in your mouth yummy.

Big portions.

We ate at Rub in February and it was really good. Portions are huge. Hubby had the brisket and it was really good and I had the half back ribs and they were wonderful. My recommendation is to go there very hungry or you won%26#39;t make it through your meal (there is that much food).

I also had the burnt ends and my friend had the brisket....delicious and prices were very reasonable. Go hungry %26#39;cause portions were generous. Enjoy!

The smokers are electric, so having said that, it%26#39;s not the best. It is however some of the better BBQ in LV (again not the best).

Large portions for mains and sides. The fried pickle was a unique appie. We tried the burnt ends (a specialty), ribs, and brisket. There was not alot of business and the waitress told us that they rarely fill the tables.

The fresh brewed iced tea was good.

We still prefer TC%26#39;s Rib Crib, Big Mama%26#39;s Rib Shack, Lucille%26#39;s, C J%26#39;s Texas BBQ, and Memphis Championship BBQ over RUB.
